Definitely! I don't think for one minute that she'd be a dirty ex-cop. Kono was too proud of being a cop - following in Chin's footsteps to throw it away. She's doing this to help get her badge back - I'm almost certain of it.

I thought she was undercover for IA since ther epsiode when she lost her badge. They made such a big deal about it so the gang of probably dirty cops would believe it. No way she is dirty.
