Jean plays a very similar yet different role in Hawaii Five O to the one I most remember her for in 24. In the latter, she's neurotic and unstable, but in this she knows what she wants and how to get it. But still she's quite fragile, as seen in episode 5.
I love what she brings to the role of the Governor, and something tells me we've not seen the best of her yet.

Well, firstly let's address the fact that the Governor is a lying b*tch and has been playing McG since the minute he stepped back on the island. Jeez, is there no friggin loyalty anymore?
All that BS about wanted to keep criminals like Victor Hesse off HER island... when she's the one who put them there in the first place! The nerve!
